The British Food Fortnight competition is looking for the best community celebration of British food for this years event taking place 21st September - 6th October. Schools, hospitals, care homes, community groups, pubs, restaurants and whole villages, towns and cities can get involved.
Now in its 7th year, more and more entries are received each year from people wishing to celebrate the delicious food from their region. Last year’s winners, Hampshire, delivered British meals to over 450 schools across the county, and organised interactive foodie activity with individual schools.
Winner will be presented Love British Food 2019 trophy, £250 in Co-op vouchers as well as a case of Co-op Irresistible Eight Acres Sparkling Rose and a selection of goodies from the campaign ambassadors.
The competition panel includes Love British Food ambassadors Raymond Blanc, OBE, Liz Earle, MBE, Candice Brown and Minette Batters, President of the NFU, finally founder of British Food Fortnight Alexia Robinson and a member of the Food team at Co-op.
