Signature Dining, the UK’s only dedicated independent contract caterer to the Traditional Care, Extra Care, Assisted Living and Retirement Village sectors is pleased to announce David Penlington has joined forces with Founder Director Paul Robottom again, as Director at Signature Dining.

Since its conception in late February this year, Signature Dining have won 5 contracts in the last 7 months, with a combined annual turnover of over £1.4m.

David and Paul worked tirelessly together at Caterplus for the past 8 years and were inspirational in developing the company as the leading contract caterer specialising in the care market.

The last 18 months has seen a significant shift in the care catering arena with a number of key independent players being acquired by major PLC’s. This has opened a significant gap for the smaller independent company that has the capability and commitment to provide a truly personal and attentive service. Paul recognised this opportunity, and in collaboration with The Genuine Dining Co., launched Signature Dining in early 2017.

With combined experience of over 50 years’ in nurturing a holistic view to food and service delivery, Paul & David bring a refreshingly alternative approach.
