The Patients Association is an independent charity with a remit covering all health and care issues; they are not condition specific and speak for all patients, who they define as anyone living with a health or care need.

The Patients Association are aquiring information through a survey that asks patients about their experience of accessing healthcare services, especially where they may have struggled.

The survey is open from November 26^th to December 24^th.

The Patients Association will use the data from this survey to advocate for changes in health and social care where they are needed.
